Be sure you have properly created your Operating Agreement. This document is the framing of what makes your LLC a legal structure. In it you will need to state much information about your business, such as when you will hold your annual meetings and where your offices will be. You can hire an attorney to prepare this or use one of many online services to self-prepare, or possibly you already had one prepared when you formed your business. Read it over carefully and verify that it accurately tells the story of how your business should be structured and check that nothing important has been forgotten.
